calscale
Synopsis: calscale(string,real,real) = real
This function is used for the automatic calibration procedure included in the caliba macro. The string contains the calibration function f(d) relating the peak volume f to a corresponding distance d. The function calscale determines a scaling factor A such that the average distance bound of all peaks calibrated with the function A * f(d) becomes equal to second argument. Only peaks with volume greater that the third argument are taken into account.
