CYANA script: cyanaclean

Synopsis

cyanaclean

(no parameters)

Description

Removes output files of an earlier CYANA run of combined automated NOESY assignment and structure calculation with the noeassign command before starting a new run of the program in the same directory. The cyanaclean command assumes that “standard” file names were used.
