Parameters

linelength=integer
(default: 20)

Description

Prints the current residue sequence using the standard one letter code for amino acids. Residues are recognized if the first three letters of the residue name agree with the name of one of the 20 standard amino acids. Unrecognized residues are indicated by a question mark. The maximal number of residues on a line is set by the parameter linelength.
